Privacy Policy
Who we are
Silver Tsunami Partners is a dba of Naughton Ventures LLC, a Texas company, and runs silvertsunamipartners.com. Questions or requests about your information go to hello@silvertsunamipartners.com.
We don’t sell your information, we don’t run ads, and there are no analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
What we collect, and why
When you build a buybox. We keep your name, email, your answers and the buybox criteria you set. We store them so we can match you with businesses that fit, and we add you to a short series of emails. We never share your buybox with a seller without talking to you first.
When you book a consultation or walkthrough. We keep your name, email, phone number, business, preferred times, notes, and whether you’re buying or selling, and we get a copy by email. Payment happens on our payment provider’s page. We never see your card number.
When you subscribe. We keep your email address, the page you signed up from, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address (a hash) that helps us block spam.
Who handles it for us
Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores what you send us. Resend sends our email. If we send the newsletter through Beehiiv, your email address is copied there. Booking and payment links go to our scheduling and payment providers, whose own privacy policies apply once you’re there.
How long we keep it
Newsletter signups stay until you unsubscribe. After that we keep your address marked "unsubscribed" so we never email you again by mistake. Buyboxes and bookings are kept while we may work together. Ask and we’ll delete any of it.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Wherever you live, you can email hello@silvertsunamipartners.com to see what we hold about you, fix it, or have it deleted. We’ll answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is for business buyers and owners and isn’t meant for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
